In 2022, I made several videos explaining Elicit for you. Elicit utilized OpenAI’s then state-of-the-art GPT-3 model to extract and integrate information from literature search results, with dazzling effects.

Unfortunately, after ChatGPT’s meteoric rise, I didn’t see Elicit make many integrative updates. In the previous phase, I mainly used ChatGPT’s official plugin and Scite Assistant for literature review work. Elicit had been idle for a long time.

Until yesterday morning, when I received a letter from Elicit COO Jungwon. She told me I could now try using Elicit Beta.

I was very excited, so I hurried to click the link to try it out.
