DeepSeek R1’s release shatters the traditional paradigms that “closed-source models outperform open-source” and “capability inevitably correlates with price,” injecting fresh vitality into the market while empowering broader participation in AI innovation.

After testing DeepSeek R1, I’m genuinely impressed. For instance, its classical Chinese poetry generation shows surprising sophistication.
